40 min Demonstrate the use of semantic HTML5 tags using header, footer, section, article...
20 min Put some dummy content into the page to mock up the appearance of a finished article
20 min Add links to css and javascript libraries from http://getbootstrap.com/getting-started/
20 min Add some Bootstrap styling to you html page
